I had dinner with my friend April. We shared a few items from the small plates menu at Houlihans. The following amounts are based on their nutrition info and some estimations on my part....
- 1/2 BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza--174
- 1/2 Chinese Dumpling Kabobs---274
- 1/3 of the Hummus and 1/2 Pitas---375 {eek}
Today's calorie total--1986
All in all I went over by 411 calories! Definitely not ideal, but it is encouraging to see that I still fell under 2000 calories for the day! Maybe all isn't lost....
