Amanda's 40 Days

Day 1 {02-17}:

Day 2 {02-18}:got started this morning with mandy ingbers 20 minute yogalosophy workout dvd! {one of my absolute faves!}. ava even joined in with me...so cute! she kept saying "aba could do it!" i may just have me a little workout buddy! ha! might try to get out for a walk later, the weather is pretty nice today...i think it's in the 50's...& of course, i have my new stroller, so yeah, a walk should most definitly happen!

Day 3 {02-19}: had about 20 minutes before going out 2 eat with friends so i took a quick walk....couldn't geg too sweaty!

Day 4 {02-20}: walked again for 30ish minutes....

Day 5 {02-21}: physique 57 video {arms & abs}...gonna be a sore girl tomorrow....

Day 6 {02-22}: yep...was sore today. decided to do some pilates tonight. i have a 20 minute video, so it worked out perfectly! wish i could have coupled it with come cardio, but didn't happen....may be tomorrow {of course, we're supposed to get more snow, so we'll just have to see how it all turns out!}

Day 7 {2-23}: soooooo, day 7-10 were a bust...we had family in town from minnesota and i spent thurs-today at my mom's with everyone. we did get out, but not much excercise was had....gonna get in a workout tonight before bed so i can get back on track.

Day 11 {2-28}: back on track finally...20 minute pilates video before bed...just snuck it in!

Day 14: Flake...it's been a hectic week....i know, enough with the excuses, let's get back to it lady!

{3/14}: 30 day shred dvd

{3/15}: Physique 57 30 minute total body workout...kicked my booty! {but felt oh-so-good!}

{3/22}: walked 20 minutes on the treadmill! Yes...i have a treadmill now!!!! yipee!
