It's 59 degrees and sunny...perfect weather for a run. I got home from work and hit the road. I thought I was going to need some long sleeves, but I'm glad I left them at home! My sleeveless top and capris were just right! ;)

oh, and I forgot, yesterday I put in a 2/3 mile walk at lunch....not much, but every little bit counts, right!?
