{jen} food log 03/04/10...

  • 2 hard boiled eggs---140
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 cup Smart Start, 1/2 cup skim milk and blueberries---240
  • 1/2 lavash wrap with avocado, roast beef, spinach, tomato and hummus---198
  • Peanut Butter Cookie Lara Bar---220
  • Clementine---37
  • Dried Apricots---120
  • 4 hershey's kisses {i caved}---88
I had dinner with my friend April.  We shared a few items from the small plates menu at Houlihans.  The following amounts are based on their nutrition info and some estimations on my part....

  • 1/2 BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza--174
  • 1/2 Chinese Dumpling Kabobs---274
  • 1/3 of the Hummus and 1/2 Pitas---375  {eek}
Today's calorie total--1986

All in all I went over by 411 calories!  Definitely not ideal, but it is encouraging to see that I still fell under 2000 calories for the day!  Maybe all isn't lost....
