{jen} food log 03/08/10...

I was fairly lax on tracking my calories this weekend.  This doesn't mean I didn't eat well, I just didn't keep track of everything.

Today:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs---140
  • 1 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup skim milk---230
  • 20 raw almonds---120
  • Dried Apricots---120
  • Salad with spinach, artichokes, tomato, grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette--135
  • Pecan Pie Lara Bar---220
  • Clementine---37
  • Dried Apricots---60
  • Chocolates---100
  • Burrito Bowl with 1/2 c brown rice, 2 oz chicken, 1/4 c black beans, 2.5 oz avocado, 1 oz tomato, salsa and green tobasco sauce---380
Today's total:  1542
